Or something like that. This shot supposedly came from a prototype iPhone 5 and was first revealed on this smartphone blog. Who knew that a portable phone could take such amazing photos of sushi? Look at the detail. Look at the colors. The saturation. Look at all the shades of white. One word: Wow. Have you ever seen anything like this in your life? I know I haven’t.

Wow, Dan. He merely calls the photo “very attractive.” Hardly fanboy material.
Still, loved the headline.
I am fairly certain that when iPhone 5 ships, professional photographers around the world will be putting their legacy equipment away because they realize that iPhone 5 is the only camera they need. The number of pixels in an image actually exceed the number of molecules in the object being photographed. It’s the first time anyone has been able to do this. Apple is calling it the Molecule Lens ™. This anyway is based on a source who has been reliable in the past.
Next time I’m at a Chinese buffet, I’ll have to take a picture of the sushi with my iPhone 4 to see how it compares.
without a doubt that is the saddest looking plate of sushi I’ve seen outside of a Thom Thumb … I make better stuff than that at home … [blink, blink] … do they make an iTouch like that?
What Lyons doesn’t tell you is that this is a photo of a foul greasy 99c burger from some horrific burger van. The iPhone 5 camera will turn a photo of any plate of food into some brain numbingly pretentious Japanese healthy option.
